Career Opportunities

• Entry Level positions are available throughout the year. These are opportunities for students and recent graduates to use what they’ve learned in the classroom through hands-on experience and business training programs in Engineering, Operations and other functional areas.

• Leadership Programs place undergraduate and graduate students in key roles through rotational assignments at Textron and its business units. Textron works with a select group of colleges and universities to recruit candidates into these programs. Programs are available for MBA /Advanced Degree Candidates in Finance, Information Technology Services, Strategy and Marketing.  Undergraduate programs are available in General Business, Engineering and Supply Chain.

• Internships provide students with real world assignments that bring real value to the business. Internship opportunities are available in Engineering and Design, Compliance, Human Resources, Strategy, Marketing, Finance and Information Technology.  Internships typically last 10 to 12 weeks and are full-time. We also offer part-time internship and co-op opportunities throughout the year.
